90-Day Performance Guarantee
At Koffee Web Services, we stand behind the systems we build. Our 90-Day Performance Guarantee is designed to remove risk for our clients while ensuring clear expectations and measurable outcomes. This document explains how our guarantee works, what qualifies, and the criteria required for eligibility.
1. What the Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee ensures that clients receive measurable performance improvements within the first 90 days of service. These improvements vary depending on the service tier but generally include:
- Faster lead response times
- Improved missed-call recovery rate
- Increased Google Business Profile visibility
- Growth in verified customer reviews
- Improved tracking, reporting, and automation accuracy
We do not guarantee specific revenue amounts, job counts, or lead volumes, as these depend on external market conditions and client operations.
2. How the Guarantee Works
If the agreed-upon performance improvements are not achieved within 90 days, we continue working at no additional service fee until those improvements are met. This means:
- You keep the system active.
- You continue receiving full support.
- Your monthly service fees pause until milestones are achieved.
Setup fees, onboarding costs, and third-party expenses (e.g. ad spend, software licenses) are not covered or refundable under this guarantee.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Clients qualify for the guarantee only if:
- All onboarding tasks are completed within 7 days.
- The AI systems, tracking tools, and integrations remain active.
- Client does not pause or disable recommended automations.
- Client maintains access to required platforms (Google, CRM, etc.).
- Client communicates promptly regarding lead quality or issues.
- No unauthorized changes are made to website, ads, or tracking tools.
Failure to meet the eligibility conditions may void the guarantee, as these requirements ensure accurate tracking and performance measurement.
4. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Client-controlled factors such as job pricing or sales performance.
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals.
- Revenue outcomes or job volume predictions.
- Paid advertising budgets or third-party costs.
- Custom development outside the scope of the service agreement.
5. Requesting Guarantee Activation
To request activation of the 90-Day Performance Guarantee, clients must submit a written request to hello@koffeeweb.com within 10 days following the end of the 90-day period.
Our team will review tracking data, performance logs, and system activity to determine eligibility and next steps.
