Koffee Web Services provides IT consulting, digital marketing, and custom web development solutions. All projects are governed by individual service agreements, quotes, or proposals outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due according to the terms specified in your project proposal, product/service purchase, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and creative assets produced by Koffee Web Services remain the property of Koffee Web Services (8321809 Canada Inc) until full payment has been received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. Koffee Web retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

• You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell our intellectual property without written consent.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems or third-party integrations.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may include integrations or links to third-party tools such as Stripe, Google Analytics, or hosting providers. KWS is not responsible for the content, performance, or security of these third-party services and encourages users to review their respective terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We provide all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Any termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
