This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for all services and products purchased through our website or directly from our team.
1. Project-Based Services
For custom web development, consulting, or marketing projects, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. Because these projects involve dedicated time, strategy, and resources, all deposits and milestone payments are considered non-refundable. However, if a project has not yet started, clients may request a full or partial refund of any advance payment at our discretion.
2. Digital Products & Software Licenses
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access or installation, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.
3. Subscription-Based Services
Subscriptions for hosted tools, analytics dashboards, or software services can be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated or retroactive refunds for partially used billing periods.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Koffee Web Services may offer partial or full refunds under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service cancellation before project kickoff.
- Duplicate payments caused by technical error.
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon work as per written contract.
Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 business daysusing the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of current and future services. We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
